1. Waterproofing:  CCEM SBR with cement in ratio
1:1.5 by weight & apply in two coats.
2. Repair Mortar:
CCEM SBR at 10 – 15% by weight of
cement in

1:3 cement: fine sand mix
for use as epair mortar along with
20% water by weight of cement to the
workable consistency.
3. Bond coat in Repair:
CCEM SBR with cement in 1:1
ratio by weight & apply on a pre-
wetted substrate
overlay repair mortar when the bond
coats in tacky.
